House Rules
No smoking indoors. A comfortable, designated smoking area is available outside. No pets are allowed on the property. The swimming pool is equipped with a safety net, which is installed only upon request. The trampoline is located in the front yard. Please inform the host before use so that the dogs can be kept away. No shoes are allowed on the trampoline. Children must be supervised at all times when using the trampoline and swimming pool.
There is a small step between the living room and the kitchen – please take care. It is illuminated at night for better visibility. The upper loft room is accessed via a ladder. Please be careful when climbing up or down, especially with children. The room is recommended for children aged 10 years and older. Parents who choose to have younger children sleep there do so at their own risk.
The loft is accessed through an opening that can accommodate a person wearing large L-size clothing. The loft hatch must be closed once guests are inside to ensure safety.
An honesty shop with snacks, charcoal, and more is available. Please pay for any items used before departure.
An Oso sauna is available for guest use at an additional fee. A vibration plate is also available for guest use at an additional fee. Emotional healing sessions are offered on the property at an additional cost. The host is an internationally certified wellness coach.
No parties or loud noise are allowed. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 05:00.
The property operates on a solar power system. Please help us maintain a reliable and eco-friendly experience by not using multiple high-power appliances (e.g., kettle, oven, hairdryer, microwave, air fryer) simultaneously. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
