Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are kindly reminded that should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, no guests under the age of 25 will be permitted without parental or adult supervision.
Guests are advised to bring their own beach towels, soap, and personal toiletries, as well as drinking water, food and drinks, toilet paper, Sunlight liquid, and washing detergent.
There are 2 staff members at the house. a Houseman and a housekeeper. The housekeeper is to be paid R220 and the houseman R100 per day. This includes your day of departure. Please ensure you have enough cash. They work from 08:00 -17:00
Complimentary electricity will be provided on arrival; thereafter, additional power usage will be for the guest’s own account.
A refundable breakage deposit is payable 1 month prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days after departure, pending any deductions for breakage, damage, or loss.
Late check-out is available on request only and subject to availability. Should approval be granted, an additional fee will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.
Pets, loud music, parties, and functions are not permitted at any of the houses. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Noise is strictly prohibited between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply will result in a warning, and repeated offences may lead to the forfeiture of the full breakage deposit or removal from the property without refund for unused nights.
