Excellent location, great finishes. Would recommend. Overall very good. A few issues on day 1. No coffee machine, no toaster. Aircon not working. These were all fixed within 24 hours but no compensation. Charged for a broken glass which should have been waived due to day 1. The unit was just above ground level on a busy corner so a little noisy in the mornings. UPS does not power the TV during load shedding.
