No Smoking: All indoor areas are 100% smoke-free. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of stubs in the bins provided.

Quiet Hours: 22:00 – 07:00. We ask that you keep noise levels low during these times to maintain the tranquility of the area.
Environment & Littering: Please help us protect our beautiful surroundings. Dispose of all trash in the bins provided and do not litter on the property or the walkway to the water.
Guest Policy: Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. No extra visitors are allowed without prior notice and approval from management.
Liability: Guests are liable for any damages or breakages to the property or its contents incurred during their stay.
Fire Safety: Flammable substances are strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Please only use the designated braai (BBQ) areas for fires.
Water Conservation: As we are in a water-scarce region, we kindly ask that you use water sparingly. Please ensure all taps are fully closed after use.
Energy Efficiency: To help us stay green, please turn off air-conditioners and lights when you leave your unit.
Key Security: Please ensure your unit is locked when you are out. Lost keys or gate remotes will be charged for at a replacement fee.
Check-Out: Please vacate your unit by 10:30 to allow our team to prepare for the next guests.
Wi-Fi is provided for your enjoyment; please use it responsibly.
