Description
Catmandu is a self-catering townhouse, situated in the prestigious Oak Lane Estate at the Dullstroom Dam. This tastefully decorated holiday house can accommodate 6 people.
This fully furnished house comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs, the main bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed; the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and downstairs, the third room has 2, 3-quarter size beds. The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a bath and the third bathroom has a shower. The living area and kitchen are located downstairs as well.
The fully equipped kitchen contains a Jetmaster fireplace, a double-door fridge-freezer, a gas stove with an oven, and other appliances. There is a separate scullery area with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer to use. The open-plan dining area features a 6-seater table and a double-sided fireplace.
The lounge features 2 TVs; both with full DStv viewing, and opens onto a large patio that has a built-in undercover braai area and separate gas braai facility. Guests are welcome to use the fishing permits at the house.
