Breakage Deposit

House Rules

All resort facilities are cashless; card payments are accepted.
Late arrivals, Sundays, and public holiday check-ins must be arranged with the resort in advance.
The credit card used to book must be presented at check-in; a security fee may be pre-authorised.
Only barbecues provided at the unit may be used; portable braais are not allowed.
Cots are available on request and subject to availability.
The resort cannot guarantee that booked units will be close to each other.
Certain facilities may require an access pass; complimentary facilities are also available.
The road to the resort is in poor condition; drive carefully.
Proof of identification is required at check-in.
Units must not exceed the specified guest limit. Non-compliance may result in eviction.
Noise must be kept to a minimum after 22:00. Loud music is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed, except certified support animals.
Smoking is prohibited in units, on patios, or anywhere on the resort premises.
Renting a unit without management approval is not permitted.
Guests are liable for any damage exceeding the breakage deposit.
Guests must sign an indemnity form at check-in; the signatory must remain on the premises for the duration of the stay.
Facilities, amenities, and opening hours are subject to change due to maintenance or refurbishment.
The resort apologises in advance for any construction or improvement activities during your stay.
