Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

All resort facilities are cashless; card payments are accepted.

Guests must contact the resort in advance to arrange for late arrivals or arrivals on Sundays and public holidays.

Full payment will be taken within 48 hours of booking.

The credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in, or a security fee of R1000 will be pre-authorised.

Beekman Holidays acts as the primary letting agent for this property. Any interest earned on funds paid for bookings will accrue to Beekman Holidays.

The use of braais (barbeques) is restricted to accommodation where the facility is provided at the unit itself. Portable barbecues are not permitted in the premises.

Guests who booked with a credit card must present the same card at check-in. A security fee will be pre-authorised upon arrival.

The resort operates generators during load-shedding in defined time slots. Please consult Reception for details.

Cots are available on request and subject to availability.

The resort cannot guarantee villas, suites, or chalets booked will be close to each other.

Certain facilities may carry a nominal charge, though an “All Access Pass” can be purchased at check-in for unlimited use during the stay. The resort also offers complimentary facilities. For more information, please consult Reception.

The road to the resort is in poor condition but is drivable with caution. Please reduce speed until municipal repairs are completed.

Proof of identification (ID, driver’s license, or passport) is required at check-in. Without it, the resort may deny occupancy.

A confirmation letter (hardcopy or digital) must be presented at check-in. The resort reserves the right to allocate a different unit of the same size.

If the unit is occupied by more than the specified number of guests, you may be asked to vacate the unit and will incur a penalty fee.

Guests must ensure no noise or disturbance, particularly after 22:00. Loud music is prohibited. Non-compliance will result in a request to vacate the unit and resort.

For group bookings of more than 12 guests, please confirm directly with the resort after booking confirmation. Additional deposits, special check-in procedures, and indemnities may apply.

Renting out a unit without management approval is not allowed. Unauthorised guests may lead to eviction and a penalty fee.

Guests are financially liable for any damage exceeding the breakage deposit, including damage to the resort property and contents.

An indemnity form must be signed at check-in by a person over 18 years of age, who must remain in occupation for the entire stay. If the indemnifier leaves, the remaining guests may be asked to vacate the resort.

Pets are not allowed, except for certified support animals. Violation may result in a penalty fee and removal of the pet.

Smoking in units, on patios, or in any other buildings on resort premises is prohibited by law. Violators may be fined.

The property accepts no liability for injury, death, loss, damage, or expense due to acts of God, theft, fire, or other factors, including government actions, travel disruptions, and facility use.

We would like to ensure the best holiday experience for our guests, now and into the future. While we endeavour to keep disturbances to a minimum during our construction and improvement phases at our beautiful property, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience that such activities may cause you during your stay and look forward to welcoming you soon.

The Beach Club and The View are closed on Mondays, except during peak periods and holidays. The Spa and Restaurant remain open.

The Cayley Waterpark, including the Bumper Boats, will be closed for refurbishment and maintenance from 23 November 2025 to 14 December 2025. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Cayley Waterpark soon.
