House Rules
This apartment is designated as a non-smoking unit and offers family-friendly self-catering accommodation suitable for a relaxed holiday stay. Rates include linen, bath towels, and a standard departure cleaning service.
Guests will receive a welcome starter pack with basic essentials on arrival. A complimentary cleaning service with fresh linen and towels is provided on the 8th day for longer stays, while daily cleaning services are available by prior arrangement at an additional cost. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Please note that no arrivals or departures are permitted on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.
No events or parties are permitted. Bookings for matric rage groups, student groups, or groups where all guests are under the age of 25 are not accepted. Guests are required to respect the property, neighbouring residents, and all complex rules at all times.
