House Rules
Kindly ask all guests to respect the following rules to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone:
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please use designated outdoor ashtrays.
Noise: Please be mindful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 22:00.
Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.
Parties & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Unregistered visitors are not allowed.
Inside the Apartment
Food & Drinks: Kindly refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
Lost Items: A replacement fee will be charged for lost keys or remote controls.
Tanning & Stains: If using self-tanning products, please provide your own linen. Stains caused by tanning products or makeup may result in additional cleaning charges.
Vehicles may only be parked in the bay designated for the unit.
One additional unnumbered bay may be used for a second vehicle (limited to one extra vehicle per unit).
Trailers must be parked in designated areas only and may not occupy standard vehicle bays.
Please drive quietly within the complex. Hooting is not permitted.
A communal braai area is located on the north side of the upper block.
Charcoal, wood, and open-fire braais are only permitted in this designated area.
Gas and electric braais may be used on verandas, provided they do not cause discomfort to other residents.
Braais are not permitted on lawn areas outside the units.
Swimming Pool
Pool hours: 05:00 – 23:00
No glass or bottles are permitted in the pool area.
Children should be supervised at all times and asked to avoid excessive noise.
All refuse must be placed in the designated bins in securely tied plastic bags.
