Additional cleaning or laundry services can be arranged at an additional cost.
Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
Upcoming Construction at the Building
Please note that external construction work will be taking place at Harbour Terraces from 06 October 2025 until 30 May 2026, with contractors on-site for repairs, waterproofing, painting, and general exterior maintenance.
During this time, you may experience some noise and general construction activity around the building. The pool is also out of service during this time.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as the Body Corporate undertakes these essential improvements.
