House Rules

Check-in is from 16:00 onwards.

Self-check-in is available via a keypad, with the pin provided prior to arrival.

The accommodation allows a maximum of 2 guests only.

No pets, parties, firearms, weapons, or illegal substances are permitted.

Guests are expected to maintain basic good behaviour by respecting the residence, the occupants of the property, and the neighbours. Excessive noise is not allowed, and quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house. Guests are welcome to smoke outside, away from the main house. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in the garden. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside the unit to remove cigarette odours.

Only booked guests may stay overnight. If more than 4 visitors are expected at any given time, prior arrangements must be made with the host. All visitors must leave by 22:00 and should use off-street parking without blocking the driveway.

Guests are responsible for keeping the house clean and tidy. For extended stays, linen and towels are changed once a week. A departure cleaning fee is payable prior to departure, but does not include washing or ironing of clothing.

An unfenced children's splash pool is located on the property, but is not included in the stay. Children must not be left unattended under any circumstances. The host does not accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries.

All gates must be closed immediately upon entering or exiting the property. For the safety of the animals and all occupants, guests should not leave gates open or allow access to unknown individuals.

Events or gatherings of more than 6 people, including both day visitors and overnight guests, are not permitted.

Furniture should not be moved.

Guests may not participate in any film or photography intended for commercial use or profit without documented permission from the host.

Checkout is required before 10:00.
