Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1 500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm the booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration details (if applicable), and estimated arrival times. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and is treated as strictly confidential. Failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full responsibility for all minors and visitors during their stay. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable guest experience, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In the rare event of excessive usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250.00 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350.00 will apply.
