Chesapeake Bay 30 is a comfortable self-catering apartment ideally located right on the beachfront in Margate on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast. With uninterrupted 180-degree sea views, modern amenities, and direct access to the beach, it is the perfect coastal escape for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxed seaside holiday. A notable advantage of the unit is that there are no stairs from the secure parking area to the apartment, while it is positioned on the second floor on the sea-facing side, ensuring spectacular ocean and wave views.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 child under 12 years. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, features sliding doors opening onto the balcony, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom also contains a queen-size bed, while the second bathroom is fitted with a bath. A child under 12 can be accommodated on a sleeper couch in the living area. Linen is provided; however, guests are kindly requested to bring their own bath and swimming towels, toiletries, dishwashing supplies, and extra toilet paper (one roll is supplied on arrival).

The open-plan living area is stylishly furnished and flows onto a large balcony with outdoor dining furniture, where guests can enjoy uninterrupted ocean views. Dolphins and whales are frequently spotted directly from the apartment. The living area also includes a flat-screen TV with full DStv Premium for entertainment, and ceiling fans are installed throughout the unit for added comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen caters to all self-catering needs, while the secure complex offers excellent on-site facilities including a swimming pool, tennis court, braai areas, and laundry facilities. One designated undercover parking bay is provided for guests.
The location is exceptional, just a few metres from the beach, rocks, and a large tidal pool in front of the complex. A scenic paved coastal walkway runs along the shoreline, passing the popular Margate fishing pier and connecting several beautiful beaches along the route.
