A truly wonderful hidden gem. We had the most wonderfully peaceful stay at Cheverells Farm Cottages. It was everything we could have asked for and more. The cottage is well equipped and has all the creature comforts you could ask for in a self-catering farm stay. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle and just pause, and that is exactly what we experienced from our stay on this beautiful apple farm. Stunning views onto the little garden, farm and valleys. There is a great braai area which enjoys the same views. The cottage was very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The sunrise from the step in the morning is something to marvel at. We will be back, great for any season. The host was warm and welcoming. The Farm Shed Café is also a must-visit for delicious food, beverages and a stunning view.

A weekend on the farm. We had a great time in the cute cottage. The view is beautiful and the farm has a peaceful atmosphere. We also had breakfast in the restaurant. The service and quality of the food was excellent.

Fabulous. Our cottage had a magnificent view over the Elgin Valley. Very tranquil setting, so an extra day would have been perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage had everything we needed.

Lovely overnight stay in the peaceful Elgin valley. Lovely overnight stay in a beautiful, very clean and tidy farm cottage. The peaceful farm atmosphere and very nice view of the valley and mountains will make us come back again.

Charming cottage, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We were very comfortable and the personal touches of a bottle of local wine and warm bread and butter on the counter were very welcoming. The cottage is very well equipped and we would definitely return.
