Set at the foot of Table Mountain, the property enjoys a central yet peaceful position, with easy access to the Cape Town CBD, Kloof Street, Bree Street and Harrington Street. A selection of neighbourhood restaurants, cafés, a deli and a grocer are situated within walking distance, while major attractions, beaches and hiking routes are all easily accessible.
The home can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children and comprises 2 bedrooms, a study area and 2 bathrooms, with an additional guest toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, includes air-conditioning and opens onto a balcony overlooking the garden. A separate scullery, laundry and pantry are available, with a washing machine, detergent, drying rack, iron and ironing board provided. Free Wi-Fi is available.
