House Rules
Please note that guests may be required to vacate the premises with immediate effect should they fail to adhere to the house rules or complex regulations. Guests may be held liable for any fines or penalties incurred as a result of non-compliance.
A maximum of 4 guests per 2-bedroom unit and 6 guests per 3-bedroom unit is permitted.
Only 1 parking bay and 1 set of keys are provided per unit.
No pets are allowed.
Guests enter the premises at their own risk and, upon booking the establishment, agree that the owner or agent shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered. The right of admission is reserved.
Guests are required to check the inventory file in each unit upon arrival. All items in the unit have been checked by staff prior to check-in. The contents of the unit will be deemed correct, and tenants will be held responsible for any shortages or breakages upon departure, unless such issues are reported in writing to the office within 12 hours of arrival.
In the event of any appliance being out of order, management cannot be held liable for immediate replacement.
No day visitors are allowed.
Booked guests must park only in their allocated parking bay.
Under no circumstances may any items or furniture be moved to another unit. Any items missing from the unit will be regarded as lost, and the applicant will be held liable for the replacement cost, even if such items are later found in another unit.
If the complex includes a swimming pool, guests are kindly requested not to use boogie boards or motor vehicle tubes in the pool. Children may not hang onto the gate or fence.
No loud music, excessive noise, or loud talking is permitted. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Daily cleaning services, excluding Sundays and public holidays, can be arranged. Laundry services are also available upon request. Please note that only the cleaning services of Excellent Services are permitted in the unit; no private cleaning services are allowed.
The premises will be inspected after departure.
