Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please enquire about making use of the sleeper couches for children/additional guests. That way, they can be made up and ready for your arrival.
Adults can comfortably make use of the sleeper couches; however, we only allow a maximum of 8 adults.
Please do not overload the fireplace with too much wood, and never leave the fire unattended.
Guests are required to bring their own charcoal and firelighters for the outside braai. We do, however, supply firewood and a starter supply of Firelighters
Please request a net for the swimming pool, should you require one.
Wood for the indoor fireplace is supplied.
Please only park in the Villas driveway and the left garage.
Kindly report any damages immediately.
Respect your neighbours at all times.
Guests must adhere to the estate’s rules, which include:
A speed limit of 30 km/h.
No motorbikes are allowed.
No additional guests beyond those registered.
No parking on the road or verges.
No drones to take flight in the Estate.
Clarens is experiencing water shortages; we kindly ask guests to use the water wisely.
All guests staying will agree to abide by the estate rules.
Important Water Usage Notice
Due to current water shortages in the area, we are operating under strict water restrictions. At present, our daily water limit is 750 litres per day.
As a result:
Spa baths are temporarily out of service
Showers remain fully operational
The swimming pool is available
Our Cocoa hot tub will be filled before your arrival for your use during your stay
We kindly ask guests to be mindful of water usage during their visit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation it truly helps us manage this responsibly during the shortage.
