Description
Coastal Family Haven offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a spacious double-storey home situated in the secure Bluewater Estate at the foot of Imhoff’s Farm, just outside Kommetjie in Cape Town’s South Peninsula. The estate borders the Wildvoëlvlei Nature Reserve and offers panoramic mountain and valley views. Guests also have direct access to Imhoff Farm via a gate within the estate, while 24-hour security monitoring, security patrols, perimeter electric fencing, and cameras are provided.
This house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The main bedroom also features a sliding door with views of the surrounding area.
The open-plan living area comprises a lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, cutlery, and crockery, as well as ample counter space and a pantry. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and features a Smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix, while fast fibre Wi-Fi is also available. An indoor fireplace is provided for cooler evenings, and an inverter keeps the lights and TV operational during loadshedding.
The living area opens onto a sheltered patio and entertainment area overlooking the landscaped garden and swimming pool. The patio features outdoor dining and lounge seating, as well as a built-in braai. The swimming pool is surrounded by loungers and provides an additional space to relax during warmer weather. Secure driveway parking is provided, while a children’s play park and bike track are situated across the road.
