-No parties or events are permitted.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
-Only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbours.
-Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been obtained.
-Please switch off all lights, air conditioning, heating, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property.
-Keep the property clean and tidy, and treat it with care as you would your own home.
-Dispose of all rubbish in the designated bins and do not leave food unattended, particularly overnight.
-Any damages, breakages, or maintenance issues must be reported immediately.
