House Rules

Guests are staying within Fleur Park, a privately owned holiday home complex with permanent residents. Guests are required to respect all estate rules and may be fined for non-compliance, with all monies paid potentially forfeited.

Visitor cards must be displayed on vehicle dashboards at all times, and no tailgating is permitted at the main gate. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the gate.

The speed limit within the complex is 15 km/h, and only valid driver’s licence holders may drive inside the estate. All municipal traffic regulations apply. Caravans, tents, quad bikes, and buses are not permitted. No boom boxes are allowed.

Only guests included in the booking are permitted on the premises, and no visitors are allowed unless otherwise arranged. A maximum of one vehicle per bedroom is allowed, unless stated otherwise. Additional vehicles must park at the Krystal Beach Hotel. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only and may not be driven or parked on lawns or between houses.

No alcohol may be consumed in streets, open areas, or vehicles within Fleur Park. Alcohol consumption is restricted to private areas only.

No noise is permitted between 23h00 and 09h00. Guests must refrain from loud music, loud talking, and disruptive behaviour at all times.

No illegal substances are permitted. Disorderly behaviour related to alcohol may result in SAPS or HOA intervention.

Fires are only permitted in designated braai areas.

No pets are allowed within Fleur Park.

No parties or events of any kind are permitted.

Guests must use designated beach access routes only and must not enter private property areas.

Waste must be disposed of in designated bins, and littering, including shells, stones, or bones, is not permitted.

Ball games are only permitted in designated areas, and interference with local fauna and flora is strictly prohibited.

Normal municipal bylaws apply at all times within Fleur Park.
