Comp Beach Road 55 is a charming holiday villa conveniently located in the heart of Ballito. This villa is the perfect option for a coastal getaway with family and friends, featuring an inviting on-site swimming pool that is ideal for summer.
This double-storey property can comfortably accommodate a total of 11 guests at a time and comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The first and second bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed and feature a full en-suite bathroom.
The third bedroom has a double bed.
The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds.
The fifth bedroom has 3 single beds.
These rooms share the other 2 bathrooms, each fitted with a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The spacious living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the separate scullery. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table where guests can enjoy meals together. This dining area flows into a cosy lounge with comfortable seating and a TV with DStv. Additionally, the home includes a formal lounge and a second TV room. There is no Wi-Fi available. The house is pet-friendly for one small dog only.
The living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table, comfortable lounge chairs, and a charcoal braai for guest use. This patio leads down to an expansive garden and pool area where guests can relax and enjoy the sun. Please note that the pool does not have a safety net. Guests are afforded secure parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles in open parking spaces.
