House Rules
The Thesen Island Homeowners Association (TIHOA) has implemented a BUPL (biometric user pay levy). This amounts to R140.00 per guest biometric registration. At least one Guest in the group is compelled to register and pay the said levy.
The minimum levy will be R140. Any additional Guest registering and utilizing the biometric system will carry a further R140.00 levy per Guest. Passengers need not register, but the names and ID documents of all group members must be entered in on the group leader’s biometric document. A copy of each adult Guest’s ID/Passport in the family/group to be included.
