Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2 000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The Thesen Island Homeowners Association (TIHOA) has implemented a BUPL (biometric user pay levy). This amounts to an additional fee per guest biometric registration. At least one guest in the group is compelled to register and pay the said levy.
Any additional guest registering and utilizing the biometric system will also carry the levy per guest. Passengers need not register, but the names and ID documents of all group members must be entered in on the group leader’s biometric document. A copy of each adult Guest’s ID/Passport in the family/group to be included.
A quiet time is in place between 22:00 and 06:00 every day.
