House Rules
There is a gravel road leading to the property. Most vehicles should be able to access it without difficulty.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Guests are required to bring their own fishing rods and equipment.
Guests staying at Copperleigh must notify the owners if they expect any visitors. A daily levy per visitor will apply. Visitors may arrive from 07:30 and must depart by 17:00. Any day visitors remaining outside of these hours will be charged the full additional nightly guest rate.
Up to three small to medium-sized dogs are allowed, but this must be arranged in advance, and a pet levy will apply. Dogs must have current rabies vaccinations. The Cabin is not fully fenced, but many guests have stayed without issue. Dogs should be kept on a lead at all times when walking on the farm, as free-range livestock roam the property.
