House Rules
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property.
Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels for use at the dam and the outdoor wood-fired hot tub.
Guests should bring their own fly fishing rods and equipment.
Guests staying at Copperleigh must notify the owners in advance if they expect visitors. A levy fee per person, per day, will apply. Visitors may arrive from 07:30 and must depart by 17:00. Any day visitors remaining outside of these hours will be charged the applicable nightly rate.
Up to three small to medium-sized dogs are permitted, but prior arrangement is required and a pet levy will apply. The Lodge is not fenced at the front, providing access to the dam. Rabies vaccinations must be up to date. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the farm due to free-range livestock.
