Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registration numbers, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information is treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
The property is strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
Excessive noise is not permitted; noise levels are to be reduced after 22:00 PM, and strict quiet hours apply between 23:00 PM and 07:00 AM, with failure to comply possibly resulting in a fine.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in and is determined by the standard of the establishment, subject to change at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
Electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that allows a reasonable amount of daily consumption, and in cases of unusually high usage, reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies to arrivals between 21:00 PM and 00:00 AM, payable in cash to the property host on arrival, and a fee of R350 applies to arrivals after 00:00 AM.
