Please respect the hosts and neighbours, as we are situated in a residential area, by keeping noise levels low, especially between 21:00 and 07:00.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors or overnight guests.
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking inside the unit.
Parking is available in front of the unit. The host is not responsible for loss or damage to guest vehicles.
No pets allowed.
For your safety, please do not interact with the host’s dogs.

Damages & Breakages

Please report any damages or breakages immediately.

Electricity & Appliance Use

Please use electricity responsibly.
When leaving the unit, ensure that the air-conditioning, electric blanket, and TV are switched off.
If appliances are left running while the unit is unoccupied, management reserves the right to enter and switch them off.
