Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The base capacity of the property is 8 guests. Additional guests are permitted by prior arrangement only.
Only registered guests are allowed. Visitors and unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight.
Parking regulations must be followed, and consideration should be shown to other vehicles in the area.
Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 08:00. During this time, noise must be kept to a minimum, and the swimming pool and rooftop deck may not be used.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
Parties and events are not allowed on the property.
Eating and drinking are not permitted in the bedrooms, including the loft.
Children must be supervised at all times around the swimming pool.
ID verification is required.
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
