Cottage on Long is a quaint retreat offering affordable yet comfortable home-from-home accommodation. It is surrounded by citrus orchards and offers beautiful mountain views in the picturesque town of Montagu.

This cottage can accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a (baby cot) upon request, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. They share the use of a bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea/coffee-making facilities. It features a centrally located dining table with chairs and extends to a lounge furnished with comfortable seating and a TV.

Aircon in the cottage will keep you cool during summer and warm in the winter months. Bedrooms and lounge also have overhead ceiling fans. During winter months, hot blankets are placed on the beds and additional blankets available. During the summer months, guests are free to use the swimming pools at the main house on the property.

Guests are welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, along with eggs, milk, and filtered water. Depending on the season, guests are also free to pick available fruits and vegetables from the garden.

At the front of the cottage, guests have access to a lovely patio with outdoor seating, braai facilities, and a charming garden. Relax and unwind with a bottle of wine whilst you take in the beautiful surroundings on this small working fruit farm.
