Description

24 Carpenter is a charming self-catering apartment situated in the sought-after Pearly Beach Strand Resort. The house is ideal for a family breakaway with entertainment for old and young.

This property can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic crockery, cutlery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a centrally located table with chairs. There’s also a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience. It expands into the lounge area that has comfortable couches, a TV with Netflix, and an indoor braai area.

The house has a small inverter that can run the TV and WiFi during loadshedding.

The living area leads to a large lawn along the house where guests can relax under those milkwood trees. Safe parking is available on the premises.

That house is ideally located, just a short distance from the Pearly Beach store where guests can purchase those basic necessities. It is also within close proximity to the play park, laundry, and that beach which is safe for swimming and fishing.
