24 Carpenter is a charming self-catering apartment situated in the sought-after Pearly Beach Strand Resort. The house is ideal for a family breakaway with entertainment for young and old.
This property can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic crockery, cutlery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a centrally located table with chairs. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine for guests' convenience. The kitchen extends into the lounge area, which has comfortable couches, a TV with Netflix and an indoor braai area.
The house has a small inverter that can run the TV and Wi-Fi during loadshedding.
The living area leads to a large lawn alongside the house where guests can relax under the milkwood trees. Safe parking is available on the premises.
The house is ideally located just a short distance from the Pearly Beach store, where guests can purchase basic necessities. It is also within close proximity to the play park, laundry and the beach, which is safe for swimming and fishing.
