Important Information – Please Read Before Booking
Children and infants are welcome. However, guests with young children should be aware of potential safety risks such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Children must be supervised at all times and stay at the guests’ own risk.
Pets are not permitted.
Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited.
All guests will be required to sign a separate registration form prior to arrival to facilitate the check-in process.
Please note that Turnkey365 and the property owner cannot offer compensation, refunds, or discounts due to power outages.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is subject to strict noise regulations enforced by the body corporate and local council.
No parties of any kind are allowed.
No music or noise audible to neighbours is permitted between 9pm and 7am on weekdays, and between 10pm and 7am on weekends.
No shouting or hooting in the street at any time.
Visitors must be informed that parking is limited and they must not block garages or driveways.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and protection against loss or theft of personal belongings.
Groups consisting solely of solo travellers are only accepted by prior arrangement.
Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not permitted.
For bookings with monthly discounts, please note that the electricity is for the guest’s own account.
Daily housekeeping is not included but may be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Standard amenities such as Wi-Fi and DStv (where applicable) are included.
Reasonable water usage is included and will be monitored in line with municipal guidelines.
Garden and pool services are included when permitted.
