Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Cleaning Fee of R650 per booking

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1 500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
-No parties and functions allowed
-No noise after 22:00
-No additional guests
-Cleaning services can be provided at an additional cost.
-Please bring your own swimming and beach towels.
-Guests should please bring their own cleaning detergents, toiletries, fire wood and food.
-If special cleaning is required, such charges will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
-Please note that excessive dirt on the carpets will incur an additional cost of R200 per room.
-If any of the rules are not adhered to, a fine can be given and deducted from the breakage deposit.
-Should guests behave in such a manner that is not acceptable by civilised standards or the property is used for any other purpose than originally stated, the client and his guests may be asked to vacate the premises.
