Day visitors are allowed by prior arrangement with the host. Overnight access is limited to a maximum of 6 registered guests.
The estate provides 24-hour security.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted.
No parties or events are allowed.
No loud music that disrupts neighbours.
Guests under the age of 25 are not allowed to book without an adult present.
Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 07:00.
Daily housekeeping is available at an additional cost with advance booking.
No third-party bookings allowed. The person who books must be the one staying in the unit.
No check-ins after 21:00.
