Comfortable and convenient. Had a lovely stay. It was just very hot and the little fan worked hard.

We really enjoyed Paris and all the restaurants and shops. When we arrived, only the gardener and a cleaner were there. They let us sit in the car outside the yard for a long time. Dear Chris, As per the complaint listed with the booking platform, we are very disappointed in your negligence, which caused a security and safety issue with throwing our remotes for the gate and alarm in a bush somewhere, causing a loss and security issue to other guests staying over.  We, as Guesthouse establishments, do our utmost best to ensure a luxury stay and prepare the best we can for all situations.  Unfortunately, we cannot control Vodacom Fibre or the local municipality's electricity dips.  My advice to you is that a little bit of understanding for situations completely out of our control and rudeness steals the pleasure of giving excellent service, as rated by most of our other guests (Vodacom Fibre with reference numbers supplied to you). Like most Guesthouses, we work on Smart TV's with Netflix.  We check all TV's before guests' arrival to ensure that it works properly.  If there is a power outage or a fibre issue, we assist guests immediately to get everything online again.  If a guest like yourself lets us know after hours, we assist immediately via the phone - which we have done with your enquiry - no delay, immediate telephonic assistance.  You completely tuned out all settings instead of giving us a quick call to assist in fixing the issue.  As per our records, the complaint was attended to immediately and resolved within 10 minutes. No enquiry or complaint received on our side with regard to the "bed and breakfast" option.  The booking channel has been advised to correct the "bed and breakfast" in November.  Emails regarding this regard refer.  All Guesthouses do the necessary settings on a channel manager that updates to the booking channels, such as the platform you have used.
