These decisions are made by the body corporate and are therefore beyond the control of the property owner or agent.
The unit is part of a Body Corporate, so all rules apply inclusively, no parties, no noise and no braaing with wood is allowed.
Only 2 vehicles are allowed on the premises for guests.
