Such work may cause noise at times, but it is necessary to maintain the standards, safety, and upkeep of the building. These decisions are made by the body corporate and are therefore beyond the control of the property owner or agent.
This property is not suitable for parties, matric rages, or events.
Guests should please keep the noise levels to a minimum.
A quiet time is in place between 23:00 and 07:00.
Pets are not allowed.
A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed.
