House Rules
Check-in is from 10:00 until 19:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Late check-out is only available by prior arrangement. Self-check-in and check-out are done via the lockbox.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Villa del Mare Estate is a residential community, and guests are kindly asked to be considerate of neighbours at all times. Loud music and excessive noise are not permitted after 22:00.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. If smoking outdoors, guests are asked to be mindful of the synthetic grass. All cigarette butts must be disposed of in the designated butt bucket, which must be emptied before departure.
Pets are not permitted in the property in order to maintain an allergy-friendly environment for all guests.
Guests are kindly requested to rinse off lagoon sand using the outdoor hosepipe or tap before entering the house, as sand can damage floors, furniture, and linen.
The braai facilities are available for guest use and must be enjoyed responsibly. Guests are requested to clean the braai after use.
Accidents do happen, and guests are kindly asked to report any damage or breakages as soon as possible during their stay.
The estate offers 24-hour access control for guest safety. Gate codes and access details must not be shared with anyone outside of the booking. Guests must ensure that all doors and windows are closed and locked when leaving the property.
Day visitors are permitted only with prior approval, with a maximum of 4 additional visitors allowed at any one time. No overnight guests beyond those included in the booking are permitted.
As Langebaan is a water-scarce area, guests are kindly asked to use water responsibly by keeping showers short and running only full dishwasher loads where applicable.
Guests are provided with a complimentary bag of braai wood, firelighters, one bag of ice, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, and coffee pods for the coffee machine. Bathroom amenities include shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The property also offers free high-speed Wi-Fi and free secure parking within Villa del Mare Estate. A special welcome gift is provided on arrival.
Guests are only required to bring their own groceries, and beach towels.
