The hotel guest is liable for all costs incurred if lock changes or key replacements are necessary due to negligence.

The hotel guest is not allowed to distribute copies of the keys without prior permission.
The Hotel is not responsible for the loss or leaving behind your valuables, money, jewels and documents in the rooms or other places in the hotel.

Each suite can accommodate 2 persons and consists of 1 bedroom furnished with 2 single beds that is converted into a king-size bed, and 1 bathroom fitted with a bath, basin, and a toilet. Each Holiday House is located away from the main buildings of the hotel, and consists of 2 levels with 2 en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are located upstairs, and are furnished with a king-size bed and twin beds, and the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a bath and a shower. The spacious ground floor living area consists of a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a fridge, a microwave, an oven, and a stove; a dining area and a lounge, which leads on to the patio and has easy access to the communal pool, braai and entertainment area. Well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement at these units.
