House Rules

Permission to bring a pet must be requested well in advance. Pets will not be allowed without prior approval.
Only one flat is pet-friendly, and we have our own furry friends on the property.
An additional fee applies per pet.
Maximum of 2 pets per booking.
Guests interact with pets on the premises at their own risk.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please bring your pet’s own bedding.

Smoking is not allowed in or near the rooms.
No parties are allowed.
Quiet hours: 20:00 – 08:00.
Visitors are only allowed with the owner’s permission.
Visitors must leave by 22:00, or an extra overnight fee will apply.

Use of all facilities e.g., pool, is at your own risk.
No glasses or glass bottles are allowed in or around the pool.

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the owner asking you to leave the property without a refund.
