Die Peperboom guest house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. It is within easy reach of Panorama Mediclinic and medical centres, and only 16 km from Cape Town International Airport.

The guest house comprises 2 spacious and neat units; Die Peperboom Woonstel Nr 1 and Die Peperboom Woonstel Nr 2.

The first apartment is situated in a tranquil well-maintained garden and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 single bed. The living area is open-plan and the kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a 2-plate stove, crockery and cutlery. The lounge has a comfortable couch, 2 easy chairs, a fan, and a TV with selected DStv channels. A Weber braai, frying pan and pressure cooker is available on request.

The second apartment is ideal for a couple and is furnished with 2 single beds while the en-suite bathroom has a shower. The flat has built-in cupboards, a fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery and tea and coffee-making facilities, a sink, as well as a flat-screen TV with DStv and 2 comfy chairs. Please note, this unit does not have a stove.

Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the property, while larger shopping complexes are easily accessible within 20 minutes. Beaches and wine farms are also available within a half-hour drive.
