Die Peperboom is a guesthouse located in a quiet residential area in Panorama, within Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs. It is situated close to Panorama Mediclinic and nearby medical centres, and approximately 16 km from Cape Town International Airport. The location provides convenient access to restaurants and shops within walking distance, while larger shopping centres, beaches, and wine farms are within a short driving distance.
The guesthouse comprises two spacious and neatly presented units, namely Apartment 1 and Apartment 2.
Apartment 1 is suitable for families or friends and consists of two bedrooms with separate bathroom facilities. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom contains a single bed. The bathroom facilities include a shower and a separate toilet. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, two-plate stove, crockery, and cutlery. The seating area features a comfortable couch, two armchairs, a fan, and a flat-screen TV with a DStv package. A Weber braai, braai pan, and pressure cooker are available on request.
Apartment 2 is ideal for couples and features two single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. The unit includes built-in cupboards, a fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, tea and coffee-making facilities, a wash-up basin, two chairs, and a flat-screen TV with DStv. Please note that no stove is provided in this unit.
The property is well-positioned to offer easy access to local amenities and serves as a comfortable base for both short and extended stays in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs.
