Apartment 2 is ideal for couples and consists of one bedroom furnished with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin.
The open-plan living area in Apartment 1 includes a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, two-plate stove, crockery, and cutlery. The seating area is furnished with a comfortable couch, two armchairs, a fan, and a flat-screen TV with a DStv package. Apartment 2 includes a fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, tea and coffee-making facilities, a wash-up basin, two chairs, and a flat-screen TV with DStv, while no stove is provided in this unit.
Additional facilities include access to a Weber braai, braai pan, and pressure cooker on request for Apartment 1. The property is positioned within easy reach of local amenities, offering a convenient and comfortable base for both short and extended stays in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs.
