Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Only 4 people are allowed.
Please note that dogs are not permitted.
Matric students are not allowed during the matric holiday period.
Loud music or excessive noise is not permitted on the premises.
Please use only the refuse bags provided in the cupboard of the second bedroom.
The designated parking area can accommodate only one vehicle and one trailer. Visitors must park outside the premises.
Refuse must be taken to the refuse room in the building, which is located in the middle of the parking area. Refuse is collected on Tuesdays.
In the centre of the building, there is an area where you can rinse off your vehicle, available only during the week and when there are no water restrictions in place, as well as 2 showers to rinse off sand when returning from the beach.
