I also approached the agency where you made your reservation to query the review, but was advised that, in line with their policy, they do not intervene in guest ratings. Value for Money: The accommodation was offered at a highly competitive rate for the area, and your reservation also benefited from a promotional discount. Furthermore, after your initial reservation ended, you chose to extend your stay by booking additional nights directly with me. It is difficult to reconcile a low value rating with a personal decision to prolong your stay at the property. Customer Service: Prior to your arrival, I communicated through the website's messaging system to ensure it was clear that all sleeping arrangements were located in a single room. Upon realizing your group consisted of colleagues traveling for work, I proactively provided an additional mattress and offered extra bedding. This was declined with the explanation that you routinely travel with personal sleeping gear. Throughout your stay, we communicated several times via WhatsApp, and at no stage were any concerns raised. Cleanliness: I understand this feedback is related to the shower walls being painted rather than tiled. The photographs on the listing online clearly display the shower's finish prior to making your reservation, and painted walls are a standard design choice in many properties. The unit was thoroughly and personally prepared ahead of your arrival to ensure strict hygiene standards. Location: The accommodation is centrally and conveniently located, with shopping centers, restaurants, and the beach all within a short distance from the property. Security: The listing accurately describes the parking arrangements as open parking behind an automated security gate, with CCTV monitoring the area. These security features were functional and provided exactly as advertised. I have always worked hard to provide honest listings, clear communication, and accommodation that represents good value. While I respect every guest's right to leave feedback, I believe it is important that future guests have the full context when reading a review that does not accurately represent the experience provided.
