Description
Don’s Rest is a tastefully furnished and modern apartment within walking distance from the beach, in Ramsgate Central, close to the BP garage.
The apartment can accommodate 7 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms. The main and second bedrooms are each fitted with a queen-size bed and the third bedroom with 3 single beds. The main en-suite bathroom as well as the second bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. All linen is provided as well as bath towels, just bring your own beach towels.
The modern, open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher. A dining area off the kitchen seats 6 guests. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The spacious lounge boasts a comfortable lounge suite, seating 6 guests, with a flat-screen TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and a full DStv package, for your entertainment.
A large deck off the lounge has amazing sea views, with a Jacuzzi with seating for 6, and a gas and a kettle braai provided.
The apartment is secured by an alarm system and is walled with an automated gate. A carport is available, and there is extra parking for additional cars. In total, there is sufficient parking for 3 vehicles.
An automatic generator system provides power during load-shedding, as well as 25 000L of plumbed-in water for backup supply in the event of a water outage.
Ramsgate Beach is about 70 m away and the main swimming beach and tidal pool is a short walk along the Ramsgate ramble or down Henry Road. Shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity and, within walking distance.
