Regarding the aircon: the unit is installed, but it unfortunately failed during the holiday season. We attempted to repair it, but were recently informed that no spares are available, so the entire system must be replaced. We are currently working through this, but with the cost involved, we’re weighing up the best long-term option. I apologise for the inconvenience this caused during your stay.
As for the dam: it is on the main property, and guests do have a view of it from the main bedroom. I also invited you to come over and see our new ducklings — even offering the possibility of holding them — but the offer wasn’t taken up. That said, I’ll still adjust the listing so that future guests clearly understand the layout.
