As the smaller of the two guest-floor suites, it accommodates 2 adults and 2 small children in an open-plan studio layout, with a queen-size bed and 2 pop-out mattresses. Pure cotton bedding, along with extra pillows and blankets, adds to the comfort. The private patio extends over the garden and offers sweeping 270° views of the ocean, village, and mountains — one of the suite’s most memorable features. Guests enter via a private side entrance, with secure parking behind an electric fence, and are welcomed by a recently painted waterfall mural along the stairs. The property operates 90% off-grid with solar power. Inside, the en-suite bathroom includes a shower, basin, and toilet, while the compact kitchenette is set up for basic self-catering with 2 gas burners, a small oven, fridge, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. Wi-Fi, a smart TV with premium channels, and smoke and security alarm systems are also included. The villa’s top floor is reserved for private use.

Rubbish must please be removed by guests. Use black bags and take them to the gate on Thursdays, or deposit them at the entrance to Pringle Bay.
Only toilet paper may be flushed. Use bins for all other items.
A check-out inspection will take place after departure.

The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 single beds, and the third bedroom also includes a queen-size bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower and basin, while a separate guest toilet with its own basin adds extra convenience. At the heart of the suite is an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and all essential cutlery and crockery. The lounge includes comfortable seating, a smart TV with premium channels, board games, an indoor fireplace, a dining area, and the double sleeper couch. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed suitable for 2 children. A double sleeper couch in the lounge can accommodate 2 additional guests. The main bedroom has its own bathroom, while the remaining rooms share a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The guest floor is arranged on a single level, with only one small step at the entrance, making it a practical option for pensioners or guests with limited mobility.
