All guests must follow park rules; non-compliance leads to immediate cancellation without refund.

No events or parties allowed.
Visitors must leave by 22:00; late visitors pay the full evening rate.
Park speed limit: 15 km/h.
No caravans, tents, portable pools, motorbikes, quadbikes, buses, or boats allowed.
Municipal rules apply.
No alcohol consumption in public park areas, including vehicles.
Guests are responsible for damage costs, which may be deducted from deposits or recovered legally.
No loud music, excessive noise, alcohol abuse, or drugs; quiet hours from 23:00 to 09:00; no music from vehicles.
Use designated beach access only; no trespassing on private property.
Fires only in designated braai areas.
No pets allowed.
Parking limited to 2 vehicles per house plus one visitor space; no parking on lawns; violators fined or towed.
Use bins for refuse; no littering.
No ball games between houses or parked cars.
The booking person is responsible for all guests.
Management reserves the right to remove guests causing nuisance, disturbance, or breaking rules without refund.
