Excessive noise and loud music are not permitted.
Guests aged 18 or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Noise is not permitted between 21:00 and 08:00.
Fines will be levied directly by the governing body and must be settled within 24 hours.
Failure to adhere to the above rules may result in eviction from the unit without any refund.
