Dumarl's Cottage is a large self-catering garden apartment located on a private residence in the leafy suburb of Panorama. The unit has its own entrance on the property via a motorised sliding gate/remote controlled.

The cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living / sleeping area.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The other open plan bedroom and living area has a single bed as well as a convertible sleeper couch for 2 more adults. A shared guest bathroom with WC and handbasin is also available.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate stove and mini-oven, and a microwave. The living area has a TV with full DStv channels. Fibre Wi-Fi is available. The cottage has secure with loff-street parking under floodlights with CCTV cameras. Secure parking is also available for a trailer or caravan. The unit has an alarm.

During load shedding, solar power backup is iavailable for Wi-Fi, TV, DStv, the alarm system, battery charging, and limited use of the micowave.

Dumarl's Cottage is very close to the Tygerberg Nature Reserve, De Grendel Winetasting farm, numerous shopping centres and walking routes with an outdoor gym on open field alongside the cottage. It has quick access to the N1 road to reach all that Cape Town and it's surrounds has to offer.
